Delivery Information
Standard Delivery – Francesca Rossi Design's charges a flat rate of £2.75, regardless of how many products you order. We send our standard delivery items by Royal Mail 1st Class, which is generally delivered within 3 working days from the date of despatch. However, please allow up to 5 days. All orders placed before 12pm are despatched the same day.
UK Next Day Delivery - costs £6.95 per order and is available on orders placed before 12pm. We send our UK next day delivery packages by Royal Mail Special Delivery which will ensure delivery before 1pm on the following working day (Monday to Friday). This service requires a signature on receipt. Please note that Saturday delivery is not guaranteed with this service and it excludes public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent the following working day.
UK Saturday Delivery – costs £9.95 per order and is available on orders placed before 12pm on a Friday. We send our UK Saturday delivery packages via Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery which will ensure delivery before 1pm on Saturday. This service requires a signature on receipt. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will arrive on the following Tuesday before 1pm.
International Delivery - costs £7.95 per order to Europe or £8.95 per order to ROW countries. We send our international packages by Royal Mail International Signed For. Delivery is generally within 3-5 working days to Europe or 5-10 working days to ROW. This service will require a signature on receipt. If no-one is available to sign for the item, then it will be retained by the postal administration for a subsequent delivery attempt or collection by the addressee. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
We aim to despatch all orders on the same day. In the unlikely event that it may take longer, then we will let you know immediately. All orders require a signature on receipt.
Delayed and Lost Deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed please contact us via our online contact form. Any order discrepancies relating to missing or lost items must be reported to us in writing via our online contact form.
International deliveries. When items are sent to another country the parcel is often handled by more than one Post Office. When we send a parcel abroad the actual delivery of the item is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered. This can happen when items are delivered to places of business. In some cases, your item may have been delivered to a mail room or may have been signed for by your reception or another employee. In these cases you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail (www.royalmail.com) by filling in a signature request form. Please remember that we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.
We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Delivery of goods to an incorrect but deliverable address as provided by the purchaser is the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery of a non-existent address is also the responsibility of the purchaser.
